*Cancellation Policy

Please note that any cancellations within five days of the booking will incur a cancellation fee.
3-5 days before: 20% of total booking amount
2 days before: 50% of total booking amount
Previous day: 80% of total booking amount
On the day: 100% of total booking amount
No-show: 100% of total booking amount

*Precautions

【Smoking】
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. (There is a smoking area outdoors.)
If it is discovered that a guest has been smoking in the room, we may charge the guest a cleaning fee and a business compensation fee.
 
【Valuables】
Please keep your valuables in the electronic mini safe.
 
【Wood stove / Furnace】
The use of the wood stove and furnace can be dangerous.
Please use these only after receiving staff guidance.
They should also not be operated by children without the guidance of an adult.
 
【Open-air bath】
You may fill the bath twice for every one-night stay. (Example: Once at night, once in the morning)
Please note that the bath cannot be filled more than this (three or more times) due to limitations in the capacity of the spring water tank.
Also note that the bathtub is quite deep (approximately 60 centimeters deep).
While the bath is equipped with a step ladder, we ask that you be careful not to trip, etc., when entering or exiting the bath. We also ask that you be careful while you are bathing as well.
 
【Indoors】
There are several areas in the room where there are steps.
The beams of the building are also positioned somewhat low.
Please be careful not to trip, hit your head, etc.
 
【Insects】
There are often insects even indoors, due to the abundant natural environment surrounding it. (Especially in summer)
We ask you to be aware of this in advance, although we do rent out insect repellent, mosquito repellent coils, etc.
 
【Experiences】
Please make any reservations for experiences at least three days prior to the date in which you would like to participate in them, to ensure that the staff have time to prepare and execute the experience.
(We may not be able to accommodate reservations that are not made at least three days prior to the date of the reservation.)
For the sake of other customers, there are limits set on the amount that you may harvest during the harvesting experience.
 
【Damage to facilities and equipment】
If any damage to facilities or equipment is discovered, you may be charged the expenses required to repair/replace it.
